GSA Uni Filler is a ready to use durable and multipurpose interior and exterior filler ideal for small repairs and edge filling in a variety of substrates. Ideal for when a hard durable super smooth finish is required.
RECOMMENDED USES:
• Filling small cracks and chips.
• Repairs to plaster and plasterboard.
• Provides an excellent base for painting when sanded
• Edge filling in timber
PREPARATION:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Remove all loose and flaking materials (including old filler) from the areas to be filled.
APPLICATION:
Apply a small amount of filler onto a flexible filling blade. Apply in thin layers, pressing firmly into the area being filled, and remove any excess filler. Dries in 2-3 hours in thin applications, 5-6 hours in deep cracks depending on atmospheric conditions. Sand with 120-180 grit sandpaper if a smooth finish is required. GSA Uni Filler can be primed with water or oil-based primer prior to top coating.
CLEAN UP:
Clean tools and hands with warm soapy water. Storage and shelf life: 12 months shelf life in unopened container. Close lid tightly after use. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. To store filler after use, squeeze air from tube before recapping.
